Phil Hodge is the Chairman of CAREFORCE a non-profit 501(c)3 providing Crisis Training, Response, Organizational Development and coaching for community & first responder, veteran, education, healthcare, faith-based, community at large and business communities. He has over 40 years of coaching and consulting experience.

Phil graduated from the University of California San Diego with degrees in Physics and Economics. He also attended the same institution in the Physics Doctoral program.
